Remembering our true nature.

Through Reiki, herbalism, stories, and connection to the Earth and cosmos, we explore what it means to remember who we are.

Wild at heart.

We are not separate from nature. We are nature.

But somewhere in the noise and pace of modern life, it can be easy to forget our relationship with the living world—and sometimes with ourselves.

Opus Naturae means “work of nature.” It is a space for remembering that we are not separate from the natural world, but part of it. Through Reiki, herbalism, stories, and our relationship with the Earth and cosmos, we explore the many ways we might return to that knowing.

Reiki Services

A quiet space to return to yourself.

Reiki is offered as a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing process. Sessions are an invitation to slow down and listen. To your body, your inner knowing, and whatever may be asking for your attention.

Opus Naturae currently offers distance Reiki sessions, allowing you to receive from wherever you feel most comfortable. There is no need for a specific outcome; simply a place to rest and remember.

I’m now offering Reiki sessions at an introductory rate through October 30th 2026, as I begin welcoming new clients into my practice.

If you’ve been curious about Reiki, I invite you to experience a session for yourself.

Please note: The introductory rate is available for Reiki sessions booked and received between now and October 30th 2026. Sessions scheduled for a date after October 30th will be offered at the regular rate. Discount automatically applied at booking.

Stories of the Healer's Path

This project grew from a question I kept wanting to ask the people who helped me along my own path: How did you find your way here?

Sometimes remembering begins simply—
with quiet,
with breath,
with land beneath our feet,
and enough stillness to hear ourselves again.

Works of Nature

Seasonal reflections on Reiki, herbalism, nature, healing traditions, the people I meet, and the things I'm learning along the way—along with occasional notes on what is unfolding at Opus Naturae.
